Introducing the All-New 2020 Ford Super Duty

The all-new 2020 Ford Super Duty crushes the competition with best-in-class towing, payload, and power. With max towing at 37,000 pounds, the Super Duty is the most capable heavy-duty pickup truck ever made.

The Super Duty sweeps the diesel segment with best-in-class conventional, fifth-wheel, and gooseneck towing, with conventional at an incredible 24,200 pounds and fifth-wheel at 32,500 pounds. The Super Duty also boasts class-leading diesel power and torque with a whopping 1,050 lb-ft of torque.

It’s not just diesel where the Super Duty excels. It’s also a leader in gas power. The available 7.3-liter V8 engine delivers 430 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque, and the standard 6.2-liter gas engine has a best-in-class maximum payload of 7,850 pounds.

The 2020 Super Duty also offers a range of features to further improve towing performance, like Pro Trailer Backup Assist, which improves maneuverability in reverse, and Trailer Reverse Guidance, which gives suggestions for moving the trailer backward based on its angle.

The Super Duty adds the available Tremor Off-Road Package this year, making it perform better on off-road trails than ever. And it’s stocked with technologies, like a standard FordPass Connect™ embedded 4G LTE modem with Wi-Fi access and convenient wireless charging.

2020 Super Duty Gets Tremor Off-Road Package

The all-new 2020 Ford F-Series Super Duty has impressive capabilities and durability. Off-road enthusiasts will also be happy to know that the truck is now offering the Tremor off-road package.

The Tremor package is available for XLT trims and higher that have a 6.75-foot box and are 4×4 single-rear-wheel SuperCrew trucks. The package comes with larger shocks, an improved suspension, and 1.7-inch piston twin-tube dampers.

A new Dana limited-slip front differential is included along with a locking rear differential for better stability. The truck can even drive through up to 33 inches of water and has 10.8 inches of ground clearance.

Completing the truck’s rugged appearance are 18-inch matte-finish black wheels. With these and 35-inch Goodyear Wrangle Duratrac maximum-traction all-terrain tires, it’s easier for the Super Duty to drive on a variety of terrains

For the first time, Trail Control™ is offered on the Super Duty to help maintain stability off-road. In addition, the Tremor package’s rock-crawl mode can assist your truck while it’s climbing over rocks.

The Ford Super Duty features gasoline and diesel V8 engine options. A six-speed automatic transmission comes standard, regardless of engine choice.

The 6.2-liter gas V8 engine generates 385 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque, making it a great choice for working around the house. The 6.7-liter Power Stroke® diesel V8 engine produces an exhilarating 450 horsepower and 935 lb-ft of torque that makes it perfect for working on the jobsite.

2018 Ford Super Duty models equipped with the diesel powertrain can tow up to 21,000 lbs. The pickup also offers a best-in-class 34,000-lbs. gooseneck tow rating. The Ford Super Duty can haul up to 7,630 lbs.

The 2018 Ford Super Duty features seating for up to six passengers, all while retaining its capable aesthetic. The hefty model features noise-dampening technology that makes even the longest drives relaxing.
